Too often, leaders in schools believe they have to know and do everything to "earn" their leadership credentials. Through a variety of routes, I will help you to see that there is a different and better way, through knowing yourself, knowing others and being true to your values.
Confidence
The word “confidence” comes from the Latin 'con' (with) and 'fidere' (trust). If you want others to have confidence in—or 'trust with'—you, you must first have confidence, or 'trust with,' yourself
